Head Stiffener
1.8 mm by 11.5 mm carbon fiber strips above and below the normal components of the head. Stock screws replaced with #4-40 bolts, nuts, and washers. Supposedly reduces vibrations and improves stability, but I honestly haven't noticed much of a difference.
