Canopy Makeover

I crashed my heli into a tree trunk a few days ago. Amazingly, the only thing broken was the canopy, but it was smashed up pretty bad. I first tried to tape it back together with brown packing tape, which was effective but ugly. Tonight, I took all the tape off, removed the factory decals, cut out the remnants of the cockpit windshield, and fixed it up with some clear packing tape and an overhead transparency:
